As per AICTE Regulations, 2012 in official Gazette of India on 25th May, 2012. In supersession of these Regulations, AICTE has prepared a draft “All India Council for Technical Education (Redressal of Grievance of Students) Regulations, 2019”. These Regulations are aimed at addressing and effectively resolving grievances of students related to the AICTE approved Technical Institutions. A complaint from an aggrieved student relating to the institution shall be addressed to the Chairperson.
