Ms. Suchita J. Shetty teaching interests lie in HR specific courses and General Management. She is passionate about social initiatives and leads the Institute’s CSR initiatives. She has done assignments for Shapoorji Pallonji Group HR, Hindalco Corporate HR (Talent Management) and others. She is associated with Social Internships on campus. She enjoys reading, connecting with people. She has been working as a volunteer with NGOs functioning across India. Reaching out to youth and making a difference in their lives gives her immense satisfaction. Her research interests include Corporate Social Responsibility, Spirituality, Cross Cultural Management
