A guest lecture was organized excusively for MMS HR students on 10th Aug’18 for the course ‘Training & Development’.Ms.Iyer touched upon the concept of rubrics,learning process and how is it different in the current times with millenials.The lecture was well appreciated by all students and did help the HR students to understand the course.
