Dr. Rajashri is an distinguished academic professional serving as an Assistant Professor with specialisation in Operations and Human Resources (HR). She holds a Doctorate degree from the esteemed University of Mumbai. Dr. Rajashri's teaching portfolio encompasses Operations Research, Material Management, Manufacturing Resource Planning, Operational Applications and Cases, Organizational Development and Change Management, and Strategic HRM. She has served as the head of accreditation, research, and examination committees. During her tenure as the NAAC head her institution achieved accreditation success reflecting her commitment to quality education and institutional excellence She is an approved faculty for Post Graduate programme at University of Mumbai and also hold approval from University of Pune for Undergraduate course.
