A guest lecture was organized for MMS Sem III HR students for the course Tarining & Development by Ms.Kavitha Alva on the topic ‘Training Needs Analysis- The Industry Way’.She started with the concept of training need analysis and later involved the students in the learning process through activities.Her excellent facilitation skills kept the students like live wires throughout the session.All students really like dthe session with key takeaways on the topic.
