DEI generating new ideas on campus!!!

All Second year MMS & PGDM HR students attended an online guest lecture on ‘Diversity, Equity and Inclusion’ as a part of the course ‘HR Planning & Application of Technology in HR. ’The resource person was Ms. Snehlata Bhigte Kirve, DEI & CSR Lead – Morningstar. Ms. Bhogte started the session introducing the concept of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and various aspects associated with it. She narrated her journey as an HR Business Partner and then DEI. She creates awareness about DEI and urged future HR professionals towards the concept. All students were sensitized and there were lot of takeways.
